Reading Ambassadors

Leading up to World Book Day 2023, children presented speeches to their class and children voted for their new Reading Ambassadors for their class and we now have 14 new Reading Ambassadors for the school!

I would personally like to thank the previous Ambassadors who were pioneers in becoming the first Reading Ambassadors we have ever had at Our Lady's. Thank  you very much for all your hard work. Mr Kilkenny. 

Reading Ambassadors are chosen for their love of reading and their willingness to share their passion and enthusiasm to promote reading throughout our school. They help run events in school like Performance Poetry Day, organise 'Reading for Pleasure' books for parents and carers in the Infants and help in the School Library so that children across the school can access a wide range of books and take them home.

Without their help, I do not know what we would do!
