Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium Grant was introduced in 2011 and gives schools extra funding to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils from Year R to Year 11, and to close the gap between them and their peers. Eligible children includes those from low income families, children in care or who have been adopted from care and those whose parents are currently serving in the Armed Forces.
All children in the Infants are entitled to a free school meal as part of the Universal Infant Free School Meals initiative. If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium, you still need to complete an application in order to trigger this funding.
