Admissions Arrangements at Our Lady's Catholic Primary School
Pupils are admitted into Reception in the September prior to their fifth birthday.
Our Lady's Catholic Primary School has an admission number of 30 children per year group.
Stockport Local Authority allocates all school places. Admissions Forms for Reception, mid-year and Year 6 transfers must now be completed online at: https://www.stockport.gov.uk/topic/primary-school-admissions
Visits to Our Lady's Catholic Primary School prior to Admission
Parents are welcome to visit the school prior to making an application. We hold an Open Morning in November and January each year. If you are unable to attend either of these, please make an appointment to visit by contacting the School Office: 0161 480 5345 or admin@ourladys.stockport.sch.uk
Children who are due to start in Reception will have the opportunity to visit school with their parents for our New Intake Days which take place in July.
At Our Lady's, we want the transition to primary school to be as smooth as possible. We liaise with all settings of our New Intake children, and we also carry out Home Visits so that parents are able to share any important information with school to allow children to have the best start to school life.
